Chloe Slater, the 21-year-old Bournemouth-born songstress, has been penning tunes since she was barely out of pigtails. Now based in Manchester, she’s swapped sandy beaches for rainy open mics and found her voice somewhere between the local kebab shop and the uni library. Her debut EP, ‘You Can’t Put A Price On Fun’, is a grungy indie gem, where Chloe wields sharp lyrics and a wit as dry as a day without rain in Manchester. With a knack for turning social commentary into sing-alongs, Chloe’s set to be the next big thing.
