What do you get when you mix hip hop, an angry Twitter feed, noise and industrial rock? The answer is Benefits, a Teesside-based music collective with a DIY attitude and diverse constituency of fans ranging from Elijah Wood to Sleaford Mods. Formed in 2019, the collective writes songs about the urgencies that concern them. And they play them loud.
